Olympus had an event at a bar called "Dig-A-Pony" in Downtown Portland, Oregon. They had Olympus digital cameras for people to try out and brought in models for everybody to shoot. This model seems to share Mona Lisa's enigmatic smile.

Just read your bio and since you asked... A local pro said, As a photographer, I have no obligation to the truth." Unless of course you are a photojournalist. I do both. Heavily photoshop some and leave some mostly alone. Depends on what I am trying to create. Now, If I may offer a suggestion on this photo - which I love - that white spot is terribly distracting. Try it without that spot and possibly the top right background stuff. Is it "photoshoping", sure but so was converting to BW. Which in this case is great.

Location
A bar in East Portland, Oregon called Dig-A-Pony. It was a photography event sponsored by Olympus where you could try out some of their micro 4/3 cameras and lenses. I already owned an Olympus OM-D E-M5 but wanted to try out a digital Pen-F camera.Time
It was a Thursday evening around 7:30PM on February 23rd of 2017.Lighting
If I remember correctly there was a single studio light shining into a parabolic off to the side lighting the models face. There were about ten or so photographers attempting to get her attention and position her the way they wanted, so it was a bit chaotic. I believe the model was sitting on a piano bench with the light just off to her left.Equipment
The photo was taken with a loaner Olympus Pen-F 20MP digital camera with my Olympus M.ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 60mm F2.8 Macro lens.Inspiration
As stated above this was an Olympus event at a local Portland, Oregon bar, so the inspiration was just to take photos of the supplied models with loaner cameras I might be interested in acquiring. The model was posing for the assembled photographers and I was just trying to get a decent shot of her. This photo was just one of the many taken that evening that I thought was good enough to share.Editing
Converted from color to Black & White, as well as adjusted for more contrast. May have also added a red filter to help boost the appearance of a photo being taken on film.In my camera bag
Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark II, 8mm f1.8 M.Zuiko PRO Fisheye, 7-14mm f2.8 M.Zuiko PRO Wide Angle, 12-40mm f2.8 M.Zuiko PRO Zoom, 60mm f2.8 M.Zuiko ED MSC Macro, and a 40-150mm f2.8 M.Zuiko PRO Zoom Telephoto, and generally my 40 year old Velbon aluminum tri-pod as well.Feedback
Always keep your eyes open, your best shot could be right next to you. The shots before and after this one were no good due to blur from motion, but this one caught the model just right with just a hint of a smile.
