Behind The Lens

Location

In a private home near Zurich.

Time

Sometime in the afternoon.

Lighting

It was a little bit tricky because of the huge contrast. Very bright outside, but quite dark where i stood.

Equipment

Canon 5d Mark IV Canon TS-E 17 f4 Tripod

Inspiration

I like winding staircases and knew the owner of the house, so I was lucky to have the opportunity to take some photos.

Editing

The hight contrast as explained above was a bit of a challenge. The I had to do a lot of "cleaning" because the building was still under construction.

In my camera bag

I always take my camera, the Canon 5D Mark IV and one or two lenses, mostly the Canon EF 16-35 f4 for landscape, with me. Additionally to the lens I use various neutral density and polar filters to control reflections and the effects of long exposures. And of course a tripod belongs to my basic equipment too.
