Location
This photo was taken in Central Park in New York in an area known as the Mall.Time
I took this photo early in the morning before work.Lighting
It was a great, snowy day and the light was nicely defused.Equipment
I had my trusty Nikon D610 and 24-70 f/2.8 lensInspiration
I was really focused on the trees but I loved it when a lonely figure walked into the frame. It is rare for this area of the park to be so quiet.Editing
I added some contrast and filled in some dark patches on the ground. In my camera bag
I usually bring three lenses with me: 14-24 f/2.8, 24-70 f/2.8 and a 70-200 f/2.8, the holy trinity of Nikon lenses. I normally have various ND filters and and remote trigger for long exposure shots.Feedback
Don't be scared by bad weather. Get out early and be patient.
