Location
When traveling through Ireland, we arrived late afternoon at our new location. Tired already, we still decided to visit the Slieve League, which was about a one-hour drive away. Offering stunning views of an amazing atlantic coast line of up to 600 meters high, we were blessed with wonderful light.Time
After eating fish and chips at a small local bar :)Lighting
We were walking up to this point and had breathtaking sunset-light all along. This was just the cherry on top of the guinnes-cake.Equipment
I used my Canon 5D Mark III with the 16-35 f/2.8, tripod of course, ND3 filter and Lightroom post-processing.Inspiration
I had my camery mounted on the tripod and walked around just to find the view I was looking for. It took me a while to find it, but it was worth the desperate trying.Editing
Absolutely. In fact, this is a result of a 32bit image, for which I used three different exposures. This wouldn't have been possible otherwise to present in one single image. In my camera bag
Canon 5D MIII, 16-35 f/2.8, 50 f/1.4, 85 f/1.8, 70-200 f/4 IS, ND filters, tripod, remote control.Feedback
Specific to ireland I would advise everyone to visit this type of landscapes: There are NO peope around (at least not at the most interesting times to take photos), you get stunning views and amzing experiences. Download an offline map app to your smartphone, and just explore, explore, explore. Don't be afraid to walk either, without walking you won't reach this kind of happiness :)
