Location
I took this photo in my basement in a 2 foot by 2 foot plastic corrugated box that is painted black with just a skim of water on the bottom of it to make a reflection.Time
I took the photo just after I got home from work in the morning. The subject matter looked so good I ate it for breakfast after the shoot.Lighting
I had a low watt light off to the left and slightly above. and also had my flash on the camera and pointing up. I did not want to over power the subject matter..Equipment
I was using a Canon 60D with a Tamron 90m macro lens on a old tripod. A Canon 430exII flash and a reading lamp.Inspiration
I was walking through the store and saw the berries on my way home from work and thought they looked good and would make a good photo.Editing
I brought this photos into Lightroom straight from my camera where I adjust the exposure, contrast, cropped it and touch up a few dust spots in the water. In my camera bag
Camera and lens 24m-105m, and my 70-400.Feedback
When you are walking in a store or around the yard and you see a photo in your minds eye. Take it or set it up and take it. I almost always have a camera with me. never know were the next photo will come from.
