Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo in my side yard. The frog was setting on a branch with a wooden fence in the background.

Time

Near dusk

Lighting

The fence was between the frog and the sunset. so I used 1/250 sec with ISO 2000 and f/5.6 to help loose the fence in the photo.

Equipment

for this shot I was using a Canon 60D with a 28-135mm lens.

Inspiration

This frog showed up every day so when my wife called me to take the photo I was glad to do it. The frog was almost part of the family.

Editing

I brought this photo into Lightroom to crop and added a Vignette

In my camera bag

Canon 5d MII, and Lumix 16x infrared

Feedback

I like to shoot my photos just a little under exposed. Using Lightroom it is easier to add more exposure and keep the color then take away the exposure and loose it
