This was taken at Sabi Sands, South Africa

Lighting was good, early morning

There was nothing special about the lighting.

Equipment

Canon 1Ds II, Canon 100-400L

Inspiration

I found it somewhat amusing that I could not get a good shot of the elephants from the front, so I made do with what I had to work with

Editing

There was levels, sharpening, de noise and significant cropping

In my camera bag

Currently I have an Canon R3, R5 and R7 along with 100-500L, 70-300L, 70-200L II and 24-105, 100 macro
