Like to make it look natural
The Milky Way soon stood upright, almost perpendicular to the ridgeline. I took my headlamp off of my head and started painting the plants and rocks in the foreground. Frankly, I am not a fan of light painting and do my best to avoid using any artificial light source. But there are times when it’s necessary. When I do use it, I find that it is always a trial and error process. And I always like to make it look natural.
