Location
It is one of the last natural wonders, the Etosha National Park in Namibia.Time
Only humans are stupid enough to went out, if it is really hot outside. As from the shadow of the trees you can imagine, that this picture is taken at around noon.Lighting
I had no influence of the lighting. In real, it was more blinding, than now on the picture.Equipment
Canon EOS 10D with a Canon 28-80mm objectiveInspiration
The scene itself with the Springboks, using every millimetre of shadow. Anyway, if there is a street and cars coming by.Editing
a small crop on the sky was done.In my camera bag
Canon EOS 6D. Tamron 15-30mm, Canon 28-80mm, Tamron 70-200mm. Some different grey filters for long exposers and IR filters for some experiments.Feedback
I never had a scene like this on a lot of game drives. Not sure, if it is possible see it again. Anyway, go on game drives to see the fantastic nature and you will get scenes, which you will never forget. If it is something similar, or a total other one - enjoy and bring some memories with you - your own picture.
