In October I went to vote for the Canadian Federal election. A local fellow who was working the ballot stations called me over and told me about a barn he wondered if i had seen. I had not. Then he told me the story of this house, built for giants near the Great Sandhills in Saskatchewan. He and his wife drew me a map of some cool places they thought i’d like. The family who lived here were all over 7′ tall, the house had over-sized ceilings and doorways to accommodate them. I grabbed my camera and a bottle of water and got to this house just before sunset.

Excellent shot! You have a treasure trove of old abandoned buildings and old rusted vehicles from days gone by. I love your choice of subject matter and your compositions are excellent. Thanks for sharing your eye for antiquity.
