This is just fantastic as a black and white, it really captures a distinct mood. Great job!

Location
I took this photo while waiting to check in at the Colima Airport, i was just with 2 friends right at the entrance when the Volcano started its activity, and i happened to have my camera right there with me so i grabbed it and started shooting, it didnt go into full eruption but you could hear the rumbleTime
February 4th, 2015, just before sunset, i did not planned this so i dont have anything else to say, it was just a point and shoot situation.Lighting
it was almost magic hour so i didnt have that golden color to it but i did have a lot of contrast so i decided it was better as a B&W pictureEquipment
Shot on Canon Rebel T2i and a EF 35-80mm at 66mm 4-5.6f (a 90s Canon Lens)Inspiration
The moment, i was just in the right place at the right time, even though that volcano is the most active volcano in Mexico (i think), so maybe just at the right place :)Editing
Well it was a color photo, so i converted it to black & white and i just upped the contrast a bit and gave it some clarity (this was done in Lightroom)In my camera bag
i always carry my Sigma Art lenses (50-100mm and 18-35mm both f1.8) that are sharp as a knife, i mostly shoot Live Shows so those come in handy for low light, and a Rokinon Fisheye 8mm, for the body i have a Canon 80D, that i have come to love, its not the best but it does the job, also i have my cleaning kit (Dust Blower, Pancro Lens Cleaner and some tissues/microfiber)Feedback
Keep your eyes peeled and always be ready to shoot (when possible haha) ;)
