This photo was taken at Parque Nacional Iztaccíhuatl-Popocatépetl, in MéxicoTime
This was probably around 9 am, it was early in the morningLighting
The day started a little cloudy, and as time went on it seemed like we were not gonna get any sun whatsoever, and the Popocatepetl volcano, being an as active as it is, wasnt helping either, suddenly some streaks of sunlight were starting to push through the clouds and made this contrasty look in the volcano, this was the best shot i got in that short period of sunlightEquipment
Canon 5D with maybe a 70-200mm F2.8 Canon lens, im not that sureInspiration
The place and the awesomeness of seeing this big, rumbly active volcano (that has been active since prehispanic era)Editing
Yes some contrast and exposure tweaks, lowered the saturation a bit, added some clarity and i think i applied a lit S CurveIn my camera bag
My Canon 80D and my 2 lenses of choice, 18-35mm f1.8 and 50-100mm f1.8, both Sigma Art, and sometimes i take with me the Fisheye Rokinon 8mm f3.5Feedback
