Location
In Churchill MB in October from a Tundra Buggy.Time
Afternoon.Lighting
I had a polarizer with me but did not need it on this day.Equipment
This was my Nikon D600 with at Tamron 150-600lens. I had a beanbag on the open window.Inspiration
It's hard to see Polar Bears sparring in the fall. They are hungry and conserving engergy waiting for the ice to come to shore. I only got three or four frames off before they stopped.Editing
I always bump up clarity and contrast,In my camera bag
I always carry my Sony Alpha with a 35-200 lens as well as my Nikon D600. I usually have the Tamron 150-600 on it when shooting wildlife. I do keep my wide angle Nikkor with me for nightime work and carry a polarizer.Feedback
Always have your shoot mode in continuous since you will miss the action if you don't. I have also programmed my camera to back button focus. It's much faster and I get more focused shots this way.
