USA, California- October 25 2021 is a day of sever rain all over California. Rain so strong that residence have had to evacuated a location near Santa Barbara because of heavy rain on a fire burn area. The rain totals coupled with the intensity of the rain is important when it comes to the California Drought. Capturing water more efficiently is a positive goal. Every year water enters storm drains and flows to the ocean. Climate change is at hand. Every country has to do its part to succeed. The task of improving the World is overwhelming so starting with local projects will result steps to a better future.
