Malibu,California,USA-This seagull loved the camera! . This bird hovered like a drone waiting for the shot. I looked around to see if a nest was near.No nest. I almost felt like prey. His stare was locked on my every move.Then I notice the wind was coming at the right angle to allow this bird to stop and study me. It was like he was taking a mental photo . I conceded to his shot. The light was beautiful for it was the magic hour . Magic hour is the time just before sunset or early morning when the rose glow is cast over the subject resulting in a flattering light. The moment was magical to me as well because at that moment it was a friendly connection.
