The species Tyrannosaurus rex (rex meaning "king" in Latin), often called T. rex or colloquially T-Rex, is one of the best represented of these large theropods. Tyrannosaurus lived throughout what is now western North America, on what was then an island continent known as Laramidia.

In Bolivia where there are fossils. Parque Cretacico Sucre is home to one of the world's largest collections of fossilised dinosaur footprints, over 5000 to be exact. Believed to have been formed an unfathomable 65-68 million years ago during the Mesozoic Era, this area of Bolivia has got history and then some. It's seriously impressive.
