From one of our drives between Leakey and Rocksprings in the Texas Hill Country. I believe this was along Ranch Road 335 which is one of the routes included in the "Three Twisted Sisters", a set of twisting, hillside roads favored by motorcycle and sport car enthusiasts (or regular sightseers, such as myself). A chimney and other remnants mark what appears to be an old abandoned homesite.

Twin bridges - one for northbound traffic and the other for southbound. I was underneath and between as they caught the light of rising sun.

Perched on an old hanging basket and displaying the pink dewlap as a territorial defense or to lure a willing female for mating.
