It took quite a lot of effort to capture this image. This lake is know for the bubble that for in the ice and you are able to see them because of the consistent high winds that keep the snow from staying on the lake. The first day I went there was 6 inches of fresh snow, the second morning I had over 100 km - hr winds and the 3rd day was this no wind and much of the snow removed from the ice. Each trip was 2 hours of driving to this remote area but it worked out in the end.
