Thinking of Tuscany, we see the image of rural landscapes and uncontaminated countryside. The splendid Val d'Orcia, in the province of Siena, is declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its clayey soils and typical rows of cypresses.Time
At 11 am on a sunny June day. The clouds helped make the background of the image interesting.Lighting
The position of the sun was perfect, in fact the shadows were not too intrusive, nor absent, and moreover they were perfectly aligned horizontally. The row of small shadows along the road creates a pleasant effect, which is one of the strengths of the image.Equipment

The best way to visit Val d'Orcia, of course, is a trip by car in the quiet country roads. And you must pay attention to all the panoramic views that you can find in front of you. Most of the photos that can be seen of the Val d'Orcia are taken during the morning or evening, possibly with the mists enveloping the hills. But the views are also interesting during the central hours of the day.
