When you can see a picture in your mind and it just 'flows together', this is very much the case with this one. I saw the dragon (an LED Polyresin figure standing on a castle, the latter digitally removed), and I knew it had to have a sky full of stars - or constellations. A search for such images found me this copyright-free capture of the Orion galaxy. The two were a match made in, well... the stars!
