This is a photo I took of a mother and baby dragon figurine that I had painted, and gifted to my lovely young relative, Kieran, in the UK.
Mum and baby are positioned on the side of a disused garden pond which, through the camera lens, looked to me like a convincing sierra-type scene. It was only long after having taken this photo, and more recently having created the dragon picture, Araldon's Wisp, that the two seemed a likely pair, thus, Heir of Araldon takes its name.
