This wallaby doe and her joey were captured in April 2018 on my front lawn, grazing on the grass of the side paddock. We live in semi-rural country on the eastern coastline of Australia, and wallabies and kangaroos frequently wander the neighbourhood of an afternoon and night.
It was around 5:00pm and though wary of my presence, she allowed me to spend up to an hour clicking away with my Nikon COOLPIX L820
