Location
I didn't need to travel far for this photo. Just as far as the front door of my home.Time
The photo was taken after work (lockdown central). About 5 pm with a slight overcast sky.Lighting
The only lighting given was the background light.Equipment
The Camera used is the Canon EOS R with the RF 35mm F1.8 macro lens. I wish I could say I used the rain to form the water droplets or even a water spray. However as it did not rain or use water spry. I in-listed the use of the iron as and alternative equipment item. :-DInspiration
Twice a year this wisteria flowers to my neighbours delight. Typical I take the photo of the house façade. This year with the new lens I focused on just the flower rather than the hole. As I had seen several photos of flowers with water drops which gives a more dramatic/ interest I grabbed the iron and spread it down with water. I used the same technique on the rose which flowers a week or 2 later.Editing
There was a small amount of post editing. Using DPP4 I darkened the perimeter of the photo. In my camera bag
If I'm just walking around town I'll just take the camera with the lens of choice for day. But if on and adventure my bag will be full with EOS R and 80D. Sigma 14-24, RF 35, ER 75-300, Sigma 18-35 and EF-s 18-105. A tri-pod will be put into the car. From now on I might even take a iron. :PFeedback
The thing to do is just experiment if you see something you like as a photo and come across a similar. Don't just use the source as a reference try your own thing and find something which works for you. Sorry for any typo's English is only my 1st language.
