Behind The Lens

Location

The picture was taken in Jelenovac, one of the city parks in Zagreb. Only 200 meters from my house.

Time

It was 10:18 in the morning on a nice quiet day.

Lighting

The lighting was completely natural.

Equipment

I used an Olympus E-3 body with a Zuiko 50-200 lens and a 1.4 teleconverter, hand-held.

Inspiration

A quiet day and an older couple, each in their own thoughts, enjoying the serenity of the park, and I enjoyed the same.

Editing

Only basic sharpness, contrast, and exposure settings after switching from a RAW (ORF) file to JPG in Photo Shop.

In my camera bag

When I go on foot I wear Olympus E-3 and Zoom lenses f: 2.8-4, 12-60mm and f: 2.8-3.5, 50-200mm. When I go with the car I also take the Olympus E-520, f: 2 50 mm macro, teleconverter 2x, sometimes I want to shoot with an old OM reflective (mirror) f: 8 500 mm lens. I rarely use the flash and tripod, mostly at home. I still used a 1.4 X teleconverter in this photo ( @ 283 mm ), and later I started using a 2 X teleconverter.

Feedback

Whenever possible, when you go out somewhere, have some of your photo equipment with you and take every opportunity to take an interesting photo.
