This moment was absolutely amazing! A african open-billed stork rested on the top of a tree drying its wings in the sun like a preacher on a platform. As we approached on our boat the stork slowly turned its head and for a moment he stared directly at us. He wasn't startled at all even though we got very close. It was amazing to be so close to such a big bird. And what a pose!
