I call this pretty fellow "Big Red". He seems to have a much more vivid red coloration and less gray than the other male cardinals. He and many other birds have been enjoying the pomegranates that I didn't pick this year. For some reason, I never found them at the proper ripeness on this tree. We had delicious ones on another tree. But I have enjoyed the bird activity.
