This house is approx 1 hr. drive from my house. Al Capone used to hide out here from the police and we have been told that there is also a long tunnel from under the house out towards the back of the property so that when the police were searching the house, Al Capone would be able to leave through the tunnel and get away.
Unfortunately that tunnel is now caved in but I'm sure in the day it was a very busy place.
There are a number of trees that are growing like that, but no one seems to know why. very curious and weird.
