It had been quite a while since I'd visited this little Texas church, so when a friend messaged me saying she had spoken to the care keeper and gotten permission to shoot there and get inside, I jumped at the opportunity. Unfortunately it was still early in the year and the Milky Way wasn't in quite the right spot for the shot I wanted, resulting in this being a composite of two images taken that night.

It's a nice composite. Love the colors in the sky. There are a couple of small churches like this that I want to visit. I'm also based in Dallas, but haven't had much photo time the last couple of years. Hope to meet you sometime.
