Tranquility of wilderness
One of the shots I always attempt to take while in the wilderness is a campsite under thousands of stars. And what better opportunity is there with the Milky Way and Mt. Ritter as a backdrop when there was so much openness to it? I was able to frame the shot with Jupiter still lingering above the snow clad, 15th highest peak in California. The wind almost calmed down, and I just simply took my time bracketing the shots. Tranquility of wilderness was set in with a distant echo of frogs singing under the countless stars.
