I've always wanted to climb this local mountain. It has a small de-commissioned access road to the peak but it was taking too long so I decided to slog it up the side of the entire mountain. Endless scree, prickly pear cactus and then this view.

The best part was finding this ridiculously quaint and gentle path that you can see in this image which started at the base of the other side of the mountain.
