Perfect scene to drop myself in
I don’t take photos with myself in them often. But when I stood on top of the highest rock of this bedrock at the cove, no end in sight of the clouds densely blotting out the sky took my breath away. As they were traveling fast overhead, the lights were bouncing off every surface. The choppy water with vigorous splashes was merely a glimpse of the rainstorm that swept across the southland overnight. It was a perfect scene to drop myself in. I set the timer and hopped down the rock. And I stood at the edge of the rock jutting out into the water as still as I could.
