This Don Francisco coffee still life photo was a blast to set-up, of course the first step was to brew coffee. Don Francisco claims its coffee has a sweet floral aroma and winey notes you savor with every cup, made with the finest Colombian coffees.

I like my AeroPress better than French press mostly because it takes much less time to brew a batch. The grind is coarser with French press, in order to avoid grounds in the brewed liquid, AeroPress uses a fine grind which allows more soluble solids to be extracted. ... Coffee gets hotter from the AeroPress. In a French press pot, the coffee gets colder during the 5 minutes needed for brewing. How hot should water be for aeropress? Aerobie recommends using 175 F. (Most of the recipes for a French press say to use 200-205 F.)
