Un-arrested aging will eventually destroy a building but fortunately here in the hot dry west that takes a very - very long time. I think of my photography of anything that can be looked at as artistic, picturesque, historical, antique or interesting is worthy of digitizing. To visually capture what is left of the past in the most indiscriminate (lacking in care, judgment, selectivity) way is my object goal. Thankfully making photos seems to be very palatable to land owners who give me permission to access some very unique and remote sites. The window frame in this photo is in an aged building in San Lorenzo, New Mexico, hope you enjoy this look into the past as much as I do.
