Appreciate this image as your knees were wet and cold and your fingers numb from the cold.

If this wasn't taken in Ohio, it certainly could have been! We're the land of the Green Christmas and the White Easter! HA!

My front lawn. One year I just tossed a bunch of tulip and daffodil bulbs on our front lawn and buried them were they fell. My husband was annoyed he couldn't mow the lawn until I picked them. :)Time

It snowed in early April (!) and on my gorgeous purple tulips. I loved the crazy combination of blossom and snow. It would have been wrong not to take the photo!Editing
I don't like to over-process my images so just some cropping and light color correction is all I try to do.In my camera bag
My Canon, kit lens, 70-300mm lens, macro lens, a bunch of rarely used filters, microfiber cleaning cloths, sometimes my macro ring-light, a couple of business cards, and back up SD-card and battery. Oh, and a collapsible lens hood.Feedback
Take what inspires you and what catches your eye. AND take lots of shots. different angles, if it moves different times, change your lens and take a macro with a long lens. Play with it and have fun.
