Near the City of Isperih, Bulgaria there stands an ancient windmill which still functions. It sits on a pivot which allows a person to change it's facing to allow it to take the best advantage of existing winds. other than maintenance, this mill is as it was originally built. The weather was overcast and drizzly so lighting was pretty uninspiring.
