And of course part of any forest is that combination of the living and the fallen. Some thing to be aware of as i take my grandson out into the natural world. High in these trees beside the lake sits an eagle who has developed a fishing strategy. As the fisherman is about to land his catch the eagle sweeps in over his head and grabs the fish. Now, i would consider that a fair trade to experience the wild so up close, but then i am not a dedicated fisherman like the boy. :) This photo seems to be about not much at all, and yet the forested shores of the lake have their own aura. I have chosen to frame my image with the two strong diagonals across the vertical trees. I like that feeling of drama that diagonals bring to a composition, and the forest is s dynamic place..
