Swirling with vigor

As soon as I reached Redondo Beach, I started hopping down the breakwater jutted out into the ocean. The surf was rather higher than I expected, and it made me a bit nervous walking down on the barrier of the rocks in my sandals. So, I went barefoot. The marine layer was quite thick, preventing us from catching the sun touching down the horizon. So, I instead focused on the waves swirling with vigor into the crevices of the rocks in the breakwater.
