I saw a relationship between the shapes of the waves and the tree branches and took this shot very carefully. Now, for most I'm sure this would not be a big deal, or interesting, or noticeable, but I know this piece of shoreline very well and like the personality of someone we know, this landscape continues to speak in more and more intimate ways. This is the opposite of the tourist shot or the glamour, spectacular, knock your socks off image. It is simply a plain kind of truth.
