This is a section of a blank DVD shot at an oblique angle. It was slathered in liquid soap and shot in direct sunlight on black cloth.

Most of the effects seen are all in-camera.
even the appearance of bleeding colors (courtesy of the soap).
I only used Photoshop to eliminate some small bubbles and to boost the colors slightly with Vibrance, Saturation and Contrast.
The colors were pretty bright to start with.
