There has been a thick fog over Cook Inlet as of late. It has been serving as a dense light filter as the sun descends into it at sunset. Currently the sun is also setting behind a large tree that is in my line of sight from the upstairs window. When this picture was taken the descending sun created the illusion of balancing on the tip of one of the tree's branches.
