I see this tree every morning on my drive into work, standing there in the middle of what once was a dense thicket of trees and brush. It has been speaking to me, so to say, begging for its image to be taken before it too is cut down and left to rot down to nothing more than fodder as those around it have been. So this morning, with a foggy mist in the background highlighting this one lone tree, I stopped on the side of the busy highway and captured its image in all its glory.
