Behind The Lens

Location
This photo was taken in San Cristobal de las Casas, Mexico, during the rainy season.
Time
I took this photo in the early afternoon. I was walking downtown when the storm broke. I was in front of a bar, so I took shelter inside. When I saw the power of the rain, I put on my raincoat, grabbed my Gopro and went out to take this picture in the middle of the street.
Lighting
As my raincoat was very light, I didn't have much time to study how I was going to take this photo, I just knew that I wanted to give priority to the shutter speed so I could capture the drops as best I could. As the Gopro has a touch screen, I couldn't look at the photos I'd taken while I was in the rain either, so I took a burst and went back inside.
Equipment
I used a Gopro Hero 7, there was too much rain to use something else.
Inspiration
I took several picture of that very same street because of its perspective, but the rain and the man with the umbrella make it special.
Editing
I turned it in B&W and cropped it a bit.
In my camera bag
Usually, I have a FZ300, a Gopro and an Instamax.
Feedback
Don't be afraid to get drenched!
