This photo is part of the series "The Day My Camera Died", taken during Hurricane Kay in the state of Nayarit, Mexico in September 2022 by my Panasonic. I was so fascinated by the power of the waves and the fact that so many people came to watch that I forgot to be careful. As one wave washed over the lifeguard tower, another came over me and killed my camera. These photos are the swan song of a camera that followed me on all the Guatemalan and Mexican roads and paths. May it rest in peace in the paradise of images fixed forever.Editing
