Consider crop from the top for strength...also horizon line in center cuts image in half...

Location
I was heading out towards western IllinoisTime
I remember heading out on a Sunday to find some abandoned farm houses/barns at around 11am.Lighting
It was a considerably foggy day so there was no sunshine whatsoever...I think that's what gives this picture character.Equipment
I used my Canon T6s with a 18-135mm lensInspiration
The way the dirt road met the horizon with the one lonely tree offset to the right..the dense fog in the background made the picture... sometimes less is more.Editing
The only things I did were adjust the clarity and cropped itIn my camera bag
Canon T6s, 18-135mm lens, 50mm lens, 80mm lens, tripod, numerous uv filters and lens cleaning supplies.Feedback
Be ready for anything and trust your instincts. Sometimes the most basic picture could turn out to be one of your best shots.
