Taken at the Alameda Park Zoo, Alamogordo, New Mexico. This green iguana is a new specimen for the zoo; it seemed very much like it wanted attention from people, which made it a great photography subject. (I just wish I could have gotten in to play with it a bit.) It seemed kind of upset that I couldn't just reach through the glass, but even so it seemed to enjoy the company.
