Taken at the Alameda Park Zoo, Alamogordo, New Mexico. This is Rocky; he's been with the zoo for a few years now. I was given the opportunity by the zoo director to enter his enclosure and get some nice close-ups. This was maybe five feet away. It was a warm summer afternoon in Alamogordo, the sort of time of day when he probably wouldn't want to leave the water.
