Just another day out shooting, ( sometimes I go out and find and explore new places especially on days I'm feeling a little blue shooting just gives me that little pick me up that I need)Equipment
I took this photo with my cannon rebel T5i EOS/ Shot with 100 ISO F/1.8 1/2500s with my 50 mm lens ( no flash) setting on manual mode.Inspiration
I love to photograph flowers. they were my first test subjects. and I can always rely on them to test new idea, and learn new things about my camera. since getting my new camera I hadn't really gotten out to take to many new flower shots since having my son in Oct. so the days I was finding it a bit hard I was out looking for new places to shoot. this place was recommended to me by a friend to check out for my photos and possibly a great location to take family photos. so I needed to check it out. and so very happy that I did. it is an incredible location with beautiful flowers every where and beautiful scenery. I don't think a lot of people go to check it as it doesn't seem to be to known. but definitely worth checking out.Editing
this was an unedited photo. it came out looking perfect. didn't know it at the time. as it was such a bright afternoon I couldn't really see it to well. I knew it was going to look good but had no idea how good till I got it home on the computer. ( also not shot in RAW as I was still learning and have now recently starting shooting in RAW)In my camera bag
my cannon rebel t5i my 50 mm lens it on there mostly as I like to do a lot of macro type shots.Feedback
Practice, practice, practice. I was practicing taking shots at all times of the day because you never know when you might be in a situation where you want/ need to take a shot of something. so practice taking shots in the shade and in light. in all different settings. its an ever learning process and it doesn't happen over night. its a slow process but beautiful for your mind and soul, its like meditating. taking everything in and slowing down time !!!
