I love the feel of this image! it think the emotion of this shot would be stronger without the lady in the bikini in front of the old couple though, she is a bit distracting. the other guy alone is a nice contrast and the image is both great with him and would also be great without him, i dont know the story behind this shot and maybe you dont like editing people out. i guess it comes down if you want have a bigger focus on to capture or telling a story. Any Way a beautiful piece!
