Location
This was taken in the cloisters of Norwich CathedralTime
This was taken about mid morning on a slightly overcast dayLighting
the nice thing this type of shot is that the cloisters form a square so you can walk and choose the best lightingEquipment
camera was a Nikon d7100 fitted with a sigma 10-20 wide angle no flash was usedInspiration
its a place i like to visit from time to time and when i do ilike to take my camera its such an interesting building plenty of photo opportunitiesEditing
post processing was done using photoshop elements and easy HDRIn my camera bag
the first thing is my Nikon D7100 nikkor 18-140 zoom and a sigma 10-20 spare memory cards and a Metz fashgun and not forgetting spare batteries and lens cleaning clothesFeedback
take your time with shots like this and remember shadows move so be patient and wait for them to be in the right position and take several shots at different time intervals Handy tip, put a carrier bag with a hole cut of the bottom to poke the lens through a useful emergancy rain cover to protect your equipment during inclement weather.
