Behind The Lens

Location
This photo was taken at the 4x4 Beach of the Outer Banks, North Carolina
Time
This was taking in the afternoon, where everything was moving slow given that it was super hot and sunny on that day.
Lighting
I loved how sunny it was and how the horse contrasted the blue water behind him.
Equipment
This was shot on a coolpix
Inspiration
These horses roam free on these beaches and just watching them takes me to another place and time. We aren't supposed to go near these horses because they are protected and I kinda think they know that because they like to get close, knowing if they do you are the one who needs to move.
Editing
I actually did not do anything further on this photos, but it was also one in a number of shots I took of him that day.
In my camera bag
I am actually on a wide angle lens kick so I always make sure I have one in my bag.
Feedback
Patience and take plenty of shots. Wildlife is unpredictable so sometimes, it's just a matter of luck.
